The Academy of Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry supports the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) in order to serve the best interests of applicants to CLP fellowship programs. We would like all applicants to have an opportunity to interview at all programs they wish to consider, without undue pressure, before accepting a position and before they have an opportunity to complete their interviews.

The Matching Program offers all applicants a fair chance to visit and apply at their choice of programs. The Academy strongly encourages all programs to participate fully in the fellowship match and all candidates not to accept positions outside the Matching Program.
