Dr. Matta will serve as the expert discussant, offering a high yield and clinically grounded discussion on diagnostic dilemmas, neurobehavioral syndromes, and evolving models of recovery and resilience in TBI care. The case presentation and facilitated discussion will be followed by a live audience question and answer session moderated by Dr. Fipps. The case conference will enhance trainees’ understanding of how C-L psychiatrists collaborate across multidisciplinary settings from the critical care setting and across multidisciplinary settings to optimize recovery and long-term outcomes for patients with TBI. Attendees will learn how to succinctly present a case, observe C-L psychiatrists work through diagnostic challenges, and appreciate management dilemmas that arise in C-L psychiatry.
