Description of Program

Vibrant urban academic medical center with a diverse psychosomatic patient population including addiction, trauma, transplant, HIV, burn, women's health populations, and specialty cancer, critical care, heart, brain & spine, and rehabilitation hospitals. Liaison opportunities across the lifespan, as well as a focus on developing administrative, medical teaching, and quality improvement skills. Outpatient experiences are focused on collaborative care and electives in integrated clinics. Daily clinical teaching with medical students and residents. Beautiful, family friendly, livable midwestern setting.

For the upcoming fellowship application year, our fellowship program is excited to announce that we are accepting applications either through ERAS or directly via email using the ACLP common application. All applications will be reviewed and considered equally regardless of how the application is submitted.
